Program Staff Opportunities

We are hiring for support workers across the Lower Mainland, Victoria, Nanaimo, Kelowna & Kamloops!

  • Work one-to-one with participants. Support with appropriate behavior, social interaction and/or communication.
  • Minimum age 18. Experience related to this role is appreciated, but not required.
  • P/T; evenings and weekends. Starts at $18/hr.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Full-Time (37.5 hours) | 1-Year Contract
Flexible with temporarily working remotely during COVID-19

  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure high-quality branding and messaging with an emphasis on digital platforms.
  • Create impactful content that will help us engage with diverse audiences, including participants, families, staff, volunteers, donors, supporters and more.
  • Ensure that the CAN brand consistently and accurately reflects our vision — for every individual with autism to be understood, accepted and supported in all community spaces.

Youth & Adult Program Coordinator
Full-Time (37.5 hours) | Permanent
Flexible with temporarily working remotely during COVID-19

  • Develop, implement and coordinate youth and adult programs that support physical and mental health, independent living and important transitions to adulthood.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with facilities, organizations and individuals from the community.
  • Foster an environment where autistic youth and adults have an active voice — where they are heard, valued and seen.
